Refund Policy

PDFs are digital goods delivered instantly, so sales are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
When refunds apply. If a buyer was charged but did not receive access, was charged more than once, or the file is corrupt/empty, the buyer should contact the seller (or hello@pdfcart.in) within 7 days. Verified cases are refunded to the original payment method.
Seller policies. Individual sellers may offer their own refund terms on a product. Where a refund is issued, any platform fee on that sale is reversed accordingly.
