What is PDFCart?
PDFCart is an Indian platform that lets creators sell PDFs, notes, ebooks, ZIP files and PDF courses online. You upload a file, set a price in rupees and share one link; buyers pay by UPI, card or netbanking, and your share settles straight to your bank account through Razorpay Route.
Can I sell ZIP files and PDF courses, or only single PDFs?
Both. Beyond a single PDF you can sell a ZIP bundle, or a structured PDF course — several PDFs grouped into folders and sold as one product. Pricing, UPI checkout and bank settlement work exactly the same way, through one shareable link.

How do I sell a PDF online in India?
Sign up free on PDFCart, upload your PDF, set a price, and connect your bank account. You instantly get a shareable link. Buyers pay by UPI, card or netbanking and download the file straight away — the money settles to your bank automatically.
Can I sell PDF notes and ebooks for free to start?
Yes. The Free plan lets you list unlimited PDFs with no upfront cost — you only pay an 8% platform fee when you make a sale. Upgrade to Pro (₹999) to drop that fee to 5%, or Super (₹9,999) to just 3%.
How do I receive the money from my PDF sales?
Connect your bank account once. On every sale, your share is transferred directly to your bank via Razorpay Route, minus the small platform fee. Settlements are fast (T+1/T+2) and you keep full control.
Can buyers download the PDF, or only view it?
Your choice per PDF. Toggle 'Downloadable' on to let buyers save the file, or off for a read-only experience. Either way, the secure download link is generated only after a successful payment.
Can I use my own custom domain?
Yes, on Pro and Super. Connect a domain like notes.yoursite.com and your PDF landing pages live there. On Free, your page is hosted at pdfcart.in/p/your-pdf.
Is it legal to sell PDFs and is my content protected?
Selling your own original PDFs, notes and ebooks is completely legal in India — your work is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 the moment you create it. You must own or be licensed for everything you upload; PDFCart blocks pirated or unlawful content.
