I’ve made a 7-page A4 PDF with all five sticky note types. Each note is the standard 3" × 3" (76 mm) size, with dashed cut lines and soft colours that also print fine in black and white. Page 1: a cover with a short description of each note type and printing tips. Page 2 – Today’s Top 3 Priorities: a date line, three numbered slots and a checkbox for each. Page 3 – Quick To-Do List: nine checkbox lines. Page 4 – Don’t Forget Reminders: writing lines, plus spaces for when, where and who with. Page 5 – Brain Dump and Next Action: dotted lines to write everything down, then a box for the one next step. Page 6 – Urgent vs. Important: a 2×2 grid with Do now, Schedule, Delegate and Drop boxes. Page 7 – Mixed sampler: one of each note type, plus a second Top 3. Pages 2–6 each hold six copies of the same note. Print at 100% (“Actual size”), not “Fit to page”, or the notes won’t come out at 3" × 3". If you print on full-sheet sticker or label paper, you can peel and stick them without tape.
