This Professional book asks a different question: how do you keep singing for decades, and how do you know your practice is working? With explanations in Hindi. This 35-page illustrated Hindi guide runs through twelve chapters: the sustainable voice - evidence, limits and your own standard; designing a practice system; voice load, rest and recovery; hearing health for performers; key, range and repertoire; learning a song well; pitch and rhythm - measured practice; recording and self-review; microphones, monitors and rooms; performance - preparation, nerves and afterwards; ensembles, teaching and ethics; and a closing singing-practice self-assessment that you mark yourself against your own evidence - it is not a credential. Every chapter has a worked enquiry, which shows a method with real numbers, and a practice enquiry for you to do, with a Singing Practice Record at the back to keep track. Where the book states a medical or public-health fact, it names the source; where it offers a rule of its own, it says "this book's design". Important: this is general education - it does not diagnose and cannot replace a doctor, an audiologist, a speech-language pathologist or a singing teacher. Stop singing if your voice is hoarse or sore, protect your ears, and see a doctor if hoarseness lasts more than two weeks.
